We work sincerely and close as possible with all our customers to assist them in achieveing their personal environmental goals. Ultimately, the client has the burden fall on them to make sure their project is as green as possible. And with the growing number of options out there, it isn't difficult to locate eco-friendly papers, inks, designers, printers and alternate solution providers that can help you do just that.
When recycled paper first came on the market it was rather brown. Today, it is nearly indistinguishable from virgin-fiber papers. When printed on, both papers perform equally well. Another common misconception is that printing green is always more expensive than using traditional printing methods. This isn't always the case. Soy-based inks are often competitively priced with petroleum-based. Many recycled, TCF, and ECF papers are in fact less expensive than virgin. But the myths persist. We at Cober wish to share our expertise and knowledge for the ‘Green Goals’ of all.
Together we cannot possibly calculate the environmental savings – in trees, water, energy, solid waste, water-borne wastes, and atmospheric emissions but we can motivate others to do the same. When other organizations see how good your piece looks, they might be inspired to go green, too.
