For decades now, Cober Printing has been perfecting its craft. While our commitment to lead the industry in technological innovations has greatly expanded our service solutions, it is our advancements with offset printing that really sets us apart.
No other process can showcase your higher volume ”Special” print vision like today’s litho can. The ability to lay down custom inks, metallics, spot PMS colours and varnishes is without peer. But it is our investment in ground breaking technology that keeps us ahead of the crowd and you with ”glowing reports”.

While conventional offset printing has long been the standard in print reproduction, there is nothing ordinary about our approach. We print 20.1 micron stochastic as standard on our 21 colour-managed printing units including a 10-colour Heidelberg SpeedMaster SM102 with in-line aqueous tower with the CPC 2000 and image control. All presses are colour managed with colour print controls and digital ink profiling. We even have an on-site ink lab to insure consistency. By removing as many variables as possible out of the process we can confidently deliver beautiful print at the unheard of turn around times we are known for.

When our customers are ecstatic with the final product we’ve done our job right. But awe-inspiring print is only half the battle.
A beautifully printed sheet is not a brochure nor an annual report until it is skillfully folded, trimmed, drilled, stitched or bound. It is the print finishing stage that can elevate a piece or leave it wanting.

Inside our “All-In-1” state-of-the-art finishing department we follow the same approach as our printing. Marrying state-of-the-art folders, binders and trimmers with skilled technicians we deliver a vast array of quality finishing solutions that complete a project above expectation. Whether you require folding, saddle/loop stitching, perfect binding, drilling, die cutting, shrink-wrapping, pocket folding/gluing or hand work we’re up to the challenge.

As challenging design or ”tricky“ projects present themselves our clients are confident we have the tools and fresh ideas to finish the project, on time as promised. That’s a fact that has kept us at the top of their supply list.

Today our 10 and 5-colour Heidelberg presses bring your colourful vision to fruition with Kodak Staccato Screening and PRINERGY Technology. The fresh ideas and new solutions we’ve set in motion mean our client/designers are constantly amazed. Multi-colour annual reports, spot varnished brochures or Pantone invitations standout as a result of personalized ICC profiling and end-to-end calibration.
